Gregory Hinson - Branch Manager

Greg Hinson is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 28 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, he graduated from East Mecklenburg High School before studying business economics at Central Piedmont Community College and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Greg began his mortgage career in 1996 at Collinbrook Mortgage, where he played a key role in the company’s explosive growth from a single-office broker to a major wholesale warehouse lender operating across five states. Over the years, he gained extensive industry expertise working with top lenders, including Fairway Mortgage, Fidelity, Cardinal Financial, and Flagstar Bank.

In 2016, Greg embraced an independent business model by joining Primary Residential Mortgage. Then, in 2020, he took the leap to establish his own branch within the NEXA Mortgage Network, where he continues to provide exceptional service to his clients today. Greg believes that the mortgage experience extends beyond just transactions—it's about building lasting relationships, doing what’s right for his clients, and contributing to the prosperity of the communities he serves.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys life on the water, golfing, catching live music, and embarking on new adventures—all while making the most of time with his wife and loved ones.
